Younger family · s’LiFe by MySaiFe
For when life starts getting real
Maya and Josh each have their own s’LiFe — a slimmer, gentler entry point built for first jobs, first tenancies, first MOTs. Records they need to track day-to-day live there. The household keeps a quiet thread to the things that still matter on this side (passports, NHS references, beneficiary shares).
s’LiFe is a separate product for 18+ family members starting their own life — same household, lighter shell.

How a release actually works
In plain terms
A release is when a Vault item is handed to a third party — your solicitor, your spouse, your adviser, the hospital. Three things must be true.
Trigger fired
A defined trigger has occurred — your explicit confirmation, an emergency contact request, or a pre-agreed condition (incapacity, death).
Trigger
Recipient confirmed
The recipient is one of the named people on the record. Anyone else gets nothing.
Recipient
Logged for 7 years
The release event is recorded in your timeline and remains visible to the household for seven years.

Sarah can read the record on her own dashboard. She cannot change a single field. The record cannot be passed on to anyone else under this permission.

Can edit
Sarah can update fields, add notes, link documents. Sensitive fields (beneficiaries, account closure) still need two-step confirmation. All edits are timestamped and shown in your timeline.
Read & write
Can release in emergency
Sarah can hand the record to a named third party (e.g. financial adviser, hospital) — but only if a defined trigger has fired (incapacity, death, your explicit pre-authorisation). Otherwise the record stays inside the household.

Sharing is fully reversible. Revoking access removes Sarah’s view of this record immediately and clears any cached copies on her device within 24 hours.

How this fits the brand
This keeps sAiFe focused on one clear role: bringing together the right information, people and services before they are urgently needed.
Tax & Income
Tax preparation support, without pretending to be the accountant.
MySaiFe groups tax-relevant records by year, highlights gaps, and prepares a cleaner pack for the user or adviser.
2025/26 readiness
Household tax pack
Property income, pension records, dividend notes, self-employment costs and HMRC letters gathered in one place.

How the directory grows
Every provider you add is available to a trusted contact in the right moment — with the right number, the right reference and the right document already attached. Maya and Josh can also pull household-shared providers (their own GP, dentist) into their s’LiFe layers if useful. The directory stays private; nothing is shared externally without your confirmation.

Step 1 of 5
Welcome
Let's set up your MySAiFe
A few gentle questions so we can shape the right household layer around you. Nothing is shared. You can change any of this later.

Household shape
Step 4 of 5
What would you like to start with?
Most people in our research wanted to focus on more than one thing, so go ahead — pick up to three. MySaiFe will weave them into your dashboard from day one.
Your priorities
0 of 3 chosen
Tap up to three. They’ll set the order of what appears first, what the Agent helps with first, and what the Family Pack draws on first.
Step 5 of 5
Add one thing you want to keep an eye on.
A car, a mortgage, a school, a pet, an account — anything you'd like the household layer to remember. Three short questions. You can edit it later.
Your first record
Nothing is shared. Only you can see this until you choose otherwise.
A quiet background tidy. Nothing urgent — just small things worth a glance, grouped so you can act on them or leave them.
How I workI only look at what you've stored. I suggest, never act on my own. Everything here can be turned off in Settings.

Your will hasn't been updated in 22 months
Last updated March 2024. Nothing wrong with that — but if Maya or Josh's circumstances have changed, or if your executors are still right, a quick review is sensible. I can prepare a summary of what's currently in there to share with Hughes & Co.

Your fixed rate ends in 8 months

Sharing
This pack is private until you choose to share it
It can be released to one named person now (so they can keep a copy in case it's ever needed) or held back until a defined trigger — for example, MySAiFe receiving confirmation through your trusted contacts.
A note on tone
This pack is written to be read once, calmly, in a difficult moment. It does not include legal language, urgency or instruction. The names, numbers and references on these pages are intended to give the family a starting point — not a checklist.
Pricing
Which plan fits us?
Three plans. One household. Pick the closest match — you can move between them at any time.
Tell me about your household
And how many trusted contacts?
People you’d give some level of access to — partner, solicitor, accountant, parent, adult child. Trusted contacts count toward the people limit on the Household plan.
Tap a household to see which plan is the most natural fit. Nothing is selected for you yet.
For you
£6.99/mo
1 person Personal records, reminders and trusted access for one named contact.
or £69/year — saves £14.88
For your household
£15.99/mo
5 people total Mix of household members and trusted contacts — your choice. Shared visibility, continuity planning and broader family access.
or £159/year — saves £32.88
What counts as a person? Anyone given access to your records — that includes you and your partner if they edit, plus solicitor, accountant, parents, adult children. The five-person limit is total, not per-role.
For your whole life
Most complete
£29.99/mo
Unlimited family members Everything in Household, plus advanced sharing rules, formal release triggers, adviser handoff, multi-year archive and concierge setup.
or £299/year — saves £60.88

A real human walks you through your first 10 records on a video call · one-off · included on Whole life
£49 once
Working it out · couple, no trusted contacts
Two people, no third party yet — partner just wants to be reachable if anything happens. Honest comparison:
Two For-You plans · £13.98/mo
Each of you keeps your own records separately. No shared visibility, no joint editing. If something happens to one of you, the other has to be invited as a trusted contact to see anything.
One Household plan · £15.99/mo · £2.01/mo more, much more useful
Both of you can edit. Records you both care about (mortgage, kids, pets, holidays) sit in one shared layer. Three more spots open for trusted contacts when you need them — solicitor, accountant, parent.
Working it out · couple with 4 trusted contacts
A couple with 4 trusted contacts — partner, solicitor, accountant, parent — would normally pick Household at £15.99/mo (5 people total). If you want a sixth, or want adviser handoff and formal release triggers, move to Whole life at £29.99/mo.
Common questions
The things people ask first
What if my mum doesn't have a smartphone?
She doesn't need one. Records about her can sit on the household plan, kept by you. The Family Pack she might need is delivered as a calm, printable document — no app required.
Can I start solo and upgrade later?
Yes. Everything you've built on the £6.99 plan moves with you. Nothing has to be re-entered. The upgrade is one tap.
Can my partner edit too, or just see?
On the household plan, both of you can edit — and you control which records they can see, edit, or release. The defaults are sensible; you can tighten them at any point.
What happens if I cancel?
Your records are exported cleanly as PDFs and a structured JSON file before the account closes. Nothing is held hostage.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 30 days, no card needed to start. The Family Pack release feature is the only thing kept behind the paid plan.
Annual or monthly?
Either. Annual saves around 14% on both plans. Switch from one to the other at any renewal.
It's just me and my partner — which plan?
Most couples do best on Household at £15.99/mo. Two separate For-You plans cost £13.98/mo, but you'd have separate accounts with no shared visibility — each of you would have to invite the other as a trusted contact to see anything. The £2.01/mo difference buys joint editing, one shared layer, and 3 spare seats for a solicitor, accountant or parent later.
More than five people in our household?
Move to For your whole life at £29.99/mo — unlimited family members, plus the advanced sharing rules and formal release triggers that larger households tend to need. No per-person fees.

Last review was 22 months ago
Wills typically benefit from a review every 2–3 years, or after life changes (a new home, a new job, a child reaching 18). Nothing is wrong with yours — but a quick review with David Hughes is sensible.
Not legal advice
MySaiFe stores a reference to your will and notes about who holds it. It does not draft, witness, store the original, or interpret your will. For legal arrangements, speak to your solicitor.
